DR. ALFRED CLARK DABWAN

Dr. Alfred Clark Dabwan is the Group Managing Director of PELLEGRINO GROUP and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pellegrino Intelligence and Security Consult Ltd.

He was born in Mangu, Plateau State, Nigeria. Dr. Dabwan holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Criminology and Security Studies from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

He currently serves as Security Consultant on Pipelines Surveillance and Security to the Host Communities of Nigeria (Producing Oil and Gas).

BRIG. GEN. LONSDALE OLADEJI ADEOYE (RTD)

Brigadier General Lonsdale Oladeji Adeoye (Rtd.) is the Director of Strategy and Planning of Pellegrino Intelligence and Security Consult Ltd.

He obtained his National Defence Academy Certificate of Education (NDACE) from the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA). He went further to acquire a Post Graduate Diploma from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and later earned a Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

Doctoral & Honorary Degrees

To crown his academic pursuits, he obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Peace and Conflict Management from Freedom University, United States, and was also awarded a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) Honoris Causa by the European University.

Military Career

He was commissioned as a Military Officer in the Nigerian Army on 19th June, 1982, and rose meritoriously to the rank of Brigadier General. Over the course of his distinguished military career, he served in numerous strategic appointments, including:

Navy Commodore Simon Gerson Dogo (Rtd.) is the Director of Information, Communication, and Operations of Pellegrino Intelligence and Security Consult Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Peace and Conflict Resolution, and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Strategic Studies.

He was commissioned into the Nigerian Navy in 1985, where he served with distinction until his retirement in 2022. Over the course of his military career, Commodore Dogo held several key command and operational appointments, including:

  • Executive Officer and later Commanding Officer of NNS OLOGBO – a seagoing vessel stationed at Bonny Island, where he successfully navigated and overcame significant challenges in navigation and communication systems.
  • Assistant Director of Operations, Defence Headquarters (DHQ) – responsible for collating intelligence via the FALCON EYE system and transmitting actionable information to the Task Force Commander of Operation Restore Order in the North East, leading to the arrest of thousands of Boko Haram members.
  • Deputy Command Operations Officer, Central Naval Command Headquarters (CNC HQ) – assisted in managing operations efficiently and effectively, achieving a remarkable reduction in illegal refineries and crude oil pipeline vandalism.
  • Commanding Officer, Naval Base Badagry (2016) – where he curtailed smuggling activities along the Atlantic coast between Nigeria and Benin Republic, and secured the waterways linking Port Novo and Lagos.
  • Operations Officer, Western Naval Command – coordinated operational activities across multiple naval units, drafted operational orders in line with the Flag Officer Commanding’s directives, and oversaw multinational exercises, including EXERCISE OBANGAME.
  • Commandant, Navy Professional School of Underwater Warfare – responsible for training naval personnel in underwater mine laying and clearance operations, diving operations and techniques, and anti-submarine warfare.

He was born in Lau Local Government Area of Taraba State, Nigeria. He joined the Nigeria Police Force in 1990 and rose meritoriously to the rank of Commissioner of Police, retiring honourably from active service in 2020.

A lawyer by profession, he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State. Over the course of his career, he attended several specialized courses and trainings, including:

Commodore Kolapo Collins Ajayi (Rtd.) is the Director of Space Operations of Pellegrino Intelligence and Security Consult Ltd. A seasoned cybersecurity and information technology professional, and a highly respected retired senior officer of the Nigerian Navy, he brings decades of operational, technical, and strategic expertise in space, cyber, and communication security.
